and i went too far with it, i understand.

it wasnt even that serious the post wasnt meant to harm the kid it was meant to be mostly a joke.

now, let me explain that incident in a non-jokey way this time.

kid posts video of him playing with a sonic toy and ranting about how live action should be allowed on newgrounds.

normally, this would either get blammed or taken down by a mod for violating the rules (it did eventually)

if you really don't know how this violates the rules, this is how

The video did not have decent production quality, unfortunately.

But instead of being blammed/taken down, it passed judgement and had a 4.10 score.

some found this funny, some found this problematic.

For me, it was kinda both.

At first, i was laughing my ass off at it and talking about how it was funny as hell, but eventually i realized it was problematic and i wanted to do something about it.

It was close to getting a daily trophy aswell, meaning if it did, no one would get it after the entry is eventually deleted, and there was stuff far more deserving of 5th place, unless the account itself was deleted but that would be very unlikely. (and it would be kinda harsh to delete an account over 1 bad submission, unless its like real porn or something)

eventually right before 12 am the submission was deleted by a moderator.

if the author of that movie is reading this (i think his name was aaron), don't let this overcome you

i'm sure you can start making content on the site, you may have started badly but you're not too far down the rabbit hole, you can always go up. you can try drawing and put that stuff on the art portal, or if you really want to do a movie with that sonic toy, you can try stop motion.
