Weird concept that may potentially age poorly for unforseen reasons beyond our control.
I'm ok with the idea of Newgrounds Rumble having characters cultures such as Piconjo and Strawberry Clock as an example but for other users would be for a creator moveset or a custom character creation similar to Rival of Aether and Fraymakers workshop tools.
Plus I can beat up every single Pico OC and Tankman OC and get banned in all tournaments lol. Also Tom Fulp would be similar to Ronald in MUGEN XD

@JoeyTheMarillFan There are a lot of characters you can add in the sequel that people have been begging for and if the game ever gets a custom character tool then I would want people to create their own OC user in the game. They won't have an arcade mode but will be used for other offline modes and maybe online lobbies/private lobbies for people to try out. Make it a love letter for Newgrounds content creation where anyone can create anything.

A custom character creator like rivals of aether where you could make your own oc, other's ocs, or random bullshit sounds like a fun time. Obviously the main focal point would be NG, but this is a great ass concept
